I know it has been a really long time. I have been super busy and really tired. I have been eating pretty good lately. But not as good as I could be eating. I have had some candy.... I can't deprive myself. And the days I have had candy I have made sure that I am eating less that day. I have weigh in tomorrow I am actually really nervous for the weigh in. I haven't weighed myself since the last weigh in so I don't know exactly where I am at. I don't expect to lose more that 2 Lbs. or I might even gain a pound. Because the second week is always the hardest week. Your body is starting to get use to the changes so it loses slower.
I will be going to the gym tonight for a heavy wok out! A good thing that has happened is my work is starting a Biggest Loser Competition. Everyone will donate $2 a week and the person who loses the Highest percent of their body weight gets the pot! I think its going to help everyone with trying to change their lifestyle!
