So I haven't written in a while. Things with the weight loss isn't going great but it's not going horrible. I have still maintained my current weight. I haven't been to the gym in two days. I am going to the gym after work today and hopefully that will help me feel better. I have changed up my diet a little bit. I started going back to the Weight Control Oatmeal. It is so good! and it is so filling too!
A little update on Heidi and the baby... We went to the Dr. yesterday and everything was good with her blood pressure. And so the Dr. said we will keep going back every week, and If the blood pressure is high then we will deliver. If not the latest he will be here is April 28, 2010! I'm so excited! I am going to the gym today. I am going to try to go longer than 30 min! We will see how it goes!

3/30/10
Well I did rather well over the weekend. I feel I ate right, I stayed within my calories. The problem that I had was on Monday 3/29, We went to the Doctor and found out Heidi has to go on bed rest! I was stressing about it so bad..I asked her if she wanted to go get something to eat after the Dr.? And she said sure... What do you want? I said anything that's bad for me... Now that night I was talking to Heidi again and I told her how stressed I was and I all I wanted to do is eat whatever I wanted. She Told me these are the days where you need to be strong. And that really helped me a lot. Then after thinking about it, when I said I want to eat anything that's bad for me it's kind of like I wanted revenge on myself... Witch makes no sense. So that helped me a lot! Thanks baby!
I am going to the gym today so I will write tomorrow and let you know how it goes!

3/26/10
Wow! What a day so far! It's Friday! Well I have made a lot of progress in one day! I have been to the gym 2 days in a row... I have only done the elliptical for 30 min each time. It doesn't seem like a lot but I burn about 400 calories or so every time I do it for 30 min. That adds up if you do it multiple days in a week. When I went to the gym after Las Vegas I weighed in at about 229 Lbs witch is about 8 lbs over what I was when I left. Then yesterday I weighed in and was 226so about 3 Lbs in one day! Can't compain there! I will be going to the gym again today... hopefully after work... I will only have enough time to to the elliptical for 30 min again. My schedule is really tough. My wife is pregnant with our son! his name is Rylan! and she isn't feeling well. So i have to make sure she gets ton of rest! I will write back probaly on Monday! Sorry not a whole lot to talk about.

The After Vegas Aftermath!
I know it's been so long since I have written on this blog. I am not longer able to do weight watchers at work, so I am going to the meeting in Sandy. The weight Watcher leader has a blog as well. So it inspired me to get back to my blog. I have still maintained my 50 LBS lost... However in Vegas I gained 8 LBS! Holy HELL! I had a ton of fun in Vegas. Drank a ton of beer! SO it is expected. And yes! I think it's worth it! Now I have to get back the right track. I was in quite the rut when I got back I felt out of place and didn't know what to do. After talking to a really good friend of mine. He basically told me to keep my focus and try to understand why I want to lose the weight. After speaking to him I feel 100% motivated! I know where I want to be and I won't let anything hold me back! I have always had a problem breaking the 50 LBS barrier... So my first goal is to lose 12 LBS. I went to the gym yesterday. I rode the elliptical for about 30 min. I am really sore today! So I will be going again today. I will definitely keep writing as much as I can! So until tomorrow!

I know it has been a really long time. I have been super busy and really tired. I have been eating pretty good lately. But not as good as I could be eating. I have had some candy.... I can't deprive myself. And the days I have had candy I have made sure that I am eating less that day. I have weigh in tomorrow I am actually really nervous for the weigh in. I haven't weighed myself since the last weigh in so I don't know exactly where I am at. I don't expect to lose more that 2 Lbs. or I might even gain a pound. Because the second week is always the hardest week. Your body is starting to get use to the changes so it loses slower.
I will be going to the gym tonight for a heavy wok out! A good thing that has happened is my work is starting a Biggest Loser Competition. Everyone will donate $2 a week and the person who loses the Highest percent of their body weight gets the pot! I think its going to help everyone with trying to change their lifestyle!
I will write when I find out how my weigh in goes!! Wish me luck!

Well Well Well! Last night I didn't go to the gym just like I never do on Tuesdays! I watch the Biggest Loser on Tuesdays. Everyone needs a little rest every now and then. I usually try to go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. Today when I go to the gym I am going to start doing cardio as well as lifting weights. I haven't been lifting weights because I want to get my body back in to at least a little shape.
I am signing up for a 5K...the date of the 5K is November 21st! I am doing with my good friend Mike. He is actually got me inspired to lose weight he has lost 100 Lbs or more now. And he also got me to run period. So thanks Mike I appreciate it! I will kick your ass in a race one of these days! That is a ton of motivation for me..when I have a goal to work for. My first 5K I finished in 37 min and 33 Sec. And my most recent was In July and that was 34 Min. So I will be satisfied to beat my time.
Like I said before I didn't go to the gym last night... but while I was watching the Biggest Loser I was sitting there and thinking I should really go to the gym. My brother in Law has his Wii downstairs where we live. So I put it on this thing called free run... you can run in place while you watch TV. The controller talks to you and tells you how much time you have left. I know it sounds dumb to run in place, I felt really dumb doing it but when I got done I was sweating like crazy.. I did 30 min! I was excited to get some cardio in even without going to the gym!
